The Land Development Director is responsible for managing the technical aspects of site development in support of due diligence and entitlement efforts on properties acquired and / or under a purchase agreement by Erickson Senior Living (ESL) for the development of Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC). Provide direction to outside consultants (land planners, engineers, landscape architects, attorneys). Work with internal development and design teams and corporate and community partners to implement Erickson’s CCRC program on these properties.

150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
