About this opportunity :
Join Ericsson as a System Administrator, an integral role where you will have the opportunity to manage and implement integration services. This role involves executing test cases to verify the flow and function of an integrated system. Heightened attention towards group directives, legal, and financial obligations will ensure compliance and efficiency. You will also play a key role in maintaining and implementing data security, and privacy processes and tools on a global and local scale.
What you will do :
- Develop and implement scripts for automating data collection, deployment, and verification tasks using Unix Shell, Python, PERL, Ansible, and other methodologies
- Perform break-fix work as needed when problems arise or alerts are triggered
- Manage and operate tools environments both on-prem and in the cloud
- Examine the security posture of systems and recommend / implement changes to continue to proactively meet critical security and privacy requirements
- Perform daily monitoring tasks making sure critical system are performing per design
- Change auditing, file cleanup, performance monitoring, patch installation and security related remediation's using Linux scripting.
- Work in a DevOps culture where you will architect and define new platforms side by side with Architects, Developers, and other System Administrators
