Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and execution of EC3’s marketing and communications strategies. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the institution’s visibility, strengthening brand awareness, and driving engagement with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Executive Director of External Affairs & Strategic Planning to ensure alignment with the institution’s strategic goals and initiatives.

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans, campaigns, and communication strategies to support student recruitment, faculty and staff engagement, and institutional growth.
- Manage EC3’s digital presence, including website updates, social media platforms, and digital advertising efforts.
- Develop content for various marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Coordinate and execute promotional events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing data and key performance metrics to optimize strategies and report effectiveness to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, including graphic designers, media agencies, and print vendors.
- Maintain brand consistency across all institutional materials, ensuring adherence to EC3’s branding guidelines.
- Prepare marketing performance reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns.
- Support crisis communication efforts and public relations initiatives as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices to continuously improve EC3’s marketing efforts.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media management platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in higher education marketing is preferred but not required.
