Erie Family Health Centers, a top workplace in Chicago and suburbs, is looking for a valuable addition to our Behavioral Health Team! The Clinical Director of Behavioral Health partners with Senior Provider Leadership, Clinical Director of Psychiatry, and Health Promotions and Outreach Leadership to plan and implement Erie's model of care and organizational goals. Supervises and supports Behavioral Health LCSW, LCPC, and psychologists. Supports collaboration of Behavioral Health staff with Site Medical Directors and provider colleagues to assure their success and the quality of care, patient satisfaction, and productivity of their teams. Responsible for the quality of care, quality outcomes, quality improvement activities, and fiscal productivity of Erie's Behavioral Health Program.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads strategic planning, organization, supervision, implementation, and maintenance of Erie's Behavioral Health program.
- Develops, implements, and maintains compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines for Behavioral Health throughout Erie to assure care of the highest quality and maintain compliance with Joint Commission, HRSA, FTCA, Managed Care, PCMH, Meaningful Use, Title X, and other assigned standards.
- Contributes to Behavioral Health component of Erie's 24-hour answering service protocols, outpatient coverage, emergency consultation coverage during business hours, and other systems necessary to assure outstanding access to care for Erie's patients.
- Facilitate access to Behavioral Health services to meet quality measure performance goals on metrics such as post-hospitalization follow up via collaboration with Senior Director of Patient Programs and Health Equity.
- Collaborates with Senior Director of Patient Programs and Health Equity to integrate Behavioral Health into care management activities.
- Oversees Behavioral Health education activities at Erie including supervision of teaching and development of training agreements.
- Collaborates with other professionals in other disciplines and community agencies to provide high quality care, including referral partnerships with other behavioral health specialists and entities.
- In cooperation with clinic management and operations, coordinates and monitors the scheduling and caseloads of all behavioral health providers.
- In cooperation with clinic management and administration and medical leadership, coordinates and monitors behavioral health and case management support of ERIE's Medication Assisted Therapy clinics.
- Reviews monthly Behavioral Health encounter statistics and confers with individual consultants when needed.
