The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategy. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects within budget and time constraints while maintaining quality standards.

- Compensation is based on each candidate’s experience, skills and education within the range identified for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements of the role will start at entry in the range. Any additional skills, experience and education will be reflected in the compensation offered.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior and executive management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications and change management documents.
- Allocate resources and manage team members’ daily tasks to ensure project success in partnership with the Senior Director of IT Operations and Engineering.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand all priorities, perspectives, and anticipated outcomes of the initiative.
- Identify and resolve issues and resistance within the project team and other stakeholders.
- Develop project sign off plan at the beginning of each initiative. Ensure understanding of all stakeholders and project team members.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
Required:
- At least five (5) years of experience in IT project management.
- Healthcare IT experience preferred
Required:
- Microsoft office (Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management software.
- Knowledge of information technology concepts such as networking, servers, workstations, and EHR software.
- Project management certification, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), preferred.
