Work Environment

- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance as needed.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office lobby and common areas.
- Ensure the lobby is stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., brochures, magazines, etc.).
- Manage office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained and ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution and tracking.
- Provide administrative support to internal team members (e.g., filing, scheduling, etc.) from individual contributors to supervisors to VPs.
- Assist with general office tasks such as scanning, photocopying, filing, and document management.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Base of $22/hour

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
