As a Foreman at Erie Home, your role will include:

• Experience Matters: Prior experience in Basement Waterproofing or foundation work is essential for success in this role.
• Service Excellence: Be capable of efficiently completing service work to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Leadership Skills: Lead and supervise onsite personnel, ensuring top-quality work and adherence to high standards.
• Customer Focus: Protect and enhance the customer experience throughout the installation process.
• Field Presence: Maintain an 80% field presence, demonstrating your commitment to hands-on, practical work.
• Office Duties: Dedicate 20% of your time to essential office responsibilities, contributing to the overall project's success.

We're searching for candidates who:

• Experience Matters: Prior experience in Basement Waterproofing or foundation work is essential for success in this role.
• Tech Skills: You should have moderate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Physical Fitness: The ability to lift 65 lbs is essential.
• Communication Skills: You should possess excellent communication skills for interactions with both internal and external customers.
• Driving Record: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a must.
