- Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive base salary of $50,000 - $58,000, complemented by monthly and bimonthly bonuses based on your exceptional performance, leading to a total compensation of $65,000 .

As a Project Coordinator at Erie Home, your role will include:
- Project Oversight: You'll oversee all aspects of projects from initial planning to final implementation.
- Customer Experience: Ensuring the customer experience is positive throughout the installation process.
- Team Supervision: You'll lead on-site personnel and subcontractors, maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- Materials Management: Ordering and delivering materials to the job site efficiently.
We're searching for candidates who:
- Have Relevant Experience: You must have experience supervising on-site construction personnel.
- Hands-On Roofing Experience: Previous hands-on experience with residential roofing is a definite plus.
- Tech Skills: You should have moderate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Physical Fitness: The ability to lift 65 lbs. is essential.
- Communication Skills: You should possess excellent communication skills for interactions with both internal and external customers.
- Driving Record: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a must.
- Project Management: You should have the ability to manage a large volume of projects effectively.
