Position Title: Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead Erie Prep’s global and local marketing efforts and help grow our student body. This role requires a deep understanding of localization, regional marketing nuances, and visual storytelling. You’ll be the go-to person for creating and executing campaigns that resonate across cultures—while also capturing the life of the school through photography and video at events, sports games, and community gatherings.
International Marketing & Localization
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies to attract international students from key regions.
- Create and localize marketing content (ads, landing pages, social media posts, brochures, email campaigns) to reflect regional languages, customs, and cultural expectations.
- Identify region-specific trends and student motivations to tailor Erie Prep’s messaging for various markets.
- Manage and grow Erie Prep’s digital presence across international platforms (Google, WeChat, WhatsApp, Line, etc.).
- Collaborate with education agents, recruitment partners, and overseas schools to amplify Erie Prep’s brand abroad.
Visual Content Creation
- Attend and document all major school events, including sports games, assemblies, cultural nights, and more.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for use across Erie Prep’s website, social media, and promotional materials.
- Organize and maintain a media archive for internal and external use.
- Edit and package multimedia content for diverse audiences, ensuring alignment with Erie Prep’s brand and regional preferences.
Campaign Management & Reporting
- Plan and manage international ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms).
- Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, optimize strategy, and report on ROI.
- Partner with admissions and communications teams to align marketing efforts with the student recruitment pipeline.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Relations, Communication, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3 years of experience in international marketing and, or education marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to localize content for global audiences.
- Proficiency with photography, videography, and media editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Experience managing international digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent writing, editing, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and attend events (including evenings and weekends) as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students, fostering intellectual curiosity and spiritual growth.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a school or academic environment.
