This role is perfect for someone with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys digging into data, fine-tuning content for maximum impact, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Regularly analyze digital marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver reports on key metrics and marketing activities to the leadership team.
- Email Marketing:
- In collaboration with the VP of Communications & Business Development plan, create, and execute engaging email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content development, and A/B testing.
- Constantly optimize email campaigns to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- SEO Leadership:
- Lead the SEO strategy, conducting thorough keyword research, implementing on-page and off-page optimization techniques, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes.
- Monitor and report on website rankings and organic traffic growth.
- Agency Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with digital marketing agencies to ensure their strategies align with our business goals and values.
- Continuously assess agency performance, provide constructive feedback, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Experience: 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Preferred but not required.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO best practices and email marketing strategies.
- Skills: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with ERIK'S software systems (Shopify, Klaviyo, Microsoft Excel and other applications, Asana) or an ability to learn software systems quickly.
