Responsibilities:
- Prepare, plan and execute itineraries
- Process payments on behalf of your clients to secure reservations
- Maintain relationships with industry specific vendors and suppliers
- Attend ongoing trainings to maintain and increase knowledge within the industry
- Provide superior customer service to clients
- Provide details to clients regarding any required travel documents such as passports or visas
- Complete required Certification program in a timely manner
- Complete and maintain agent registrations with vendors and suppliers
- Laptop, Computer, or Smart Phone with reliable internet access is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Personal travel experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service and/or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement
