- Assist clients in booking travel reservations, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, tours, and more
- Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, provide recommendations, and confirm reservation details
- Coordinate with travel suppliers to secure bookings and negotiate exclusive deals or upgrades
- Handle all communication with clients via phone, email, or chat, ensuring quick responses and excellent service
- Provide detailed itineraries and support clients with any last-minute changes, cancellations, or requests
- Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, policies, and destination information to provide clients with expert advice
- Manage and track all bookings and payments to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
