Erin Hills is seeking dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Temporary Banquet Servers for the U.S. Women’s Open. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional service during the championship, ensuring smooth buffet execution, clearing tables efficiently, and attending to guests' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Buffet Service: Assist in setting up, maintaining, and breaking down buffet stations, ensuring food presentation meets Erin Hills standards.
• Table Service: Clear plates, refill beverages, and serve guests as needed throughout the event.
• Guest Interaction: Provide friendly and attentive service, answering questions and accommodating special requests when possible.
• Event Support: Work closely with the team and managers to execute efficiently, following all service standards and protocols.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and removing used dishware.
• Other Duties: Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Food and Beverage Team to ensure the success of the U.S. Women’s Open Championship.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and tournament event days.
