Position summary:
Works directly with Sales Consultants and New Clients to draft and finalize all new plan documents, service agreements and amendments.
General purpose:
Document preparation and execution and assistant to President
Role qualifications:
- 6-10 Years of Industry experience
- Proficient MS Office and computer skills
- Ability to effectively multitask and maintain quality
- Ability to effectively receive direction and instruction from multiple team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual and dependable
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Must be client focused
Position responsibilities:
- Generate documents and amendments from FT Williams Documents
- Peer review of drafted documents and amendments
- Generate restatements using FT Williams Documents
- Prepare and process plan termination documents
- Generate all required notices via FT Williams Documents
- Update Pension Pal, or relevant CRM systems, with amendment provisions
- Process amendment and document signature pages when finalized
- Gathers specifications for new plans from new business team members
- Files all new business documents
- Generates ERISA Services client service agreements
- Reviews draft documents with the new business team
- Finalizes all new plan documents
- Utilize FTW e-signature program
- Enters all new plan provisions in Pension Pal software program
- Any other tasks as requested by Management
