We’re looking for an In-House Lifestyle Photographer to help bring those stories to life. If you live and breathe visual storytelling, have a sharp eye for people and places, and know how to elevate a brand through photography—this role is for you.

The Role

As our in-house photographer, you’ll be the creative force behind our visual brand identity across all platforms. You’ll conceptualize and shoot compelling lifestyle imagery that captures the spirit of each of our brands. This isn’t just a shoot-and-edit job—you’ll have ownership of the process from start to finish, including casting talent, scouting locations, and collaborating with our internal creative team.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute lifestyle photography concepts aligned with brand vision and seasonal campaigns
• Hire and direct talent (models, stylists, assistants, etc.)
• Scout and secure shoot locations (studio on-location)
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and product teams to plan content and campaigns
• Manage post-production and ensure assets are delivered on time and on brand
• Maintain an organized asset library for internal and external use
• Be adaptable and ready to pivot based on feedback, seasonal needs, or campaign shifts

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in lifestyle, fashion, or brand photography (eyewear experience is a plus)
• A strong portfolio that shows your ability to capture people, emotion, and atmosphere
• Experience directing talent and managing shoots independently
• Comfortable with both natural light and studio setups
• Strong post-production skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One, etc.)
• Highly organized, self-driven, and flexible with shifting priorities
• A true team player with a collaborative mindset

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Salary : $18 - $20
