About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Art Director to drive the visual storytelling of MBT Footwear across multiple digital channels. This talented individual will be responsible for translating our innovative technology into compelling marketing assets that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design engaging advertising graphics that clearly communicate MBT's unique benefits to consumers.
- Blend product imagery with relatable lifestyle scenes using a mix of MBT global photoshoots and stock photography.
- Evaluate ad performance data (CTR, conversion rates, engagement, etc.) and refine creative messaging based on insights.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3 years of experience in graphic design, visual storytelling, or art direction.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with directing or managing freelance designers to scale creative production.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising formats (social media, email, display ads).
