What You’ll Be Doing:
- Talent Strategy & Recruitment: Oversee the full-cycle hiring process, ensuring the selection of top talent that aligns with the property’s high standards.
- Training & Development: Design and implement training programs that empower employees at all levels, fostering professional growth and enhancing service excellence.
- Employee Relations & Culture Building: Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture, serving as a trusted advisor to both leadership and staff.
- Compensation & Benefits Management: Develop competitive compensation structures and oversee benefits programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Compliance & Labor Relations: Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations while keeping leadership informed of key labor law changes.
- Workplace Well-being & Engagement: Spearhead employee incentive programs, social events, and recognition initiatives to maintain high morale and engagement.
- HR Analytics & Performance Management: Utilize HR data to assess trends, optimize workforce planning, and drive strategic decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of four years of Human Resources leadership experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and data analysis.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in HR practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.
