Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead and oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes within our organization. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall mission and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
- Lead initiatives to enhance company culture, diversity, and employee engagement.
- Develop and manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
- Implement training and professional development programs to support employee growth.
- Oversee HR technology systems, data management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Handle sensitive HR issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and data-driven decision-making.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
