- Serves as stakeholder for provider pay incentive-based software system (Simpliphy) including enters provider contracts and validates accuracy
- Processes provider base salary and FTE changes
- Performs comprehensive analyses related to physician compensation and physician productivity, including monthly true-up calculations and salary draw monitoring
- Audits provider dashboards
- Develops and implement tools and processes to support physicians and operational leaders in their understanding of physician compensation and production
- Completes data analysis of monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for EMG and communicates executive level and service line level data timely
- Coordinates with EMG Operational Performance (Training) Team on KPI areas of opportunities and assist in training clinic staff in system workflows that optimize performance
- Monitors clinic budgets and communicates variances with applicable clinic leaders
- Assists in regular communication with physicians regarding their compensation plans
- Creates models, custom reporting packages, and ad hoc reports to meet the information needs of internal stakeholders and senior leadership of EMG
- Ensures adherence to current policies and procedures while emphasizing their significance in workflow
- Remains flexible and adaptive in business functions, making changes to procedures as necessary
- Notes necessary changes to be made in current policies and procedures, discusses such with Sr. Director Business Operations and/or VP Operations, EMG.
- Contributes to positive business results by maintaining a workplace characterized by high performance, mutual support, respect, and teamwork
