What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cabin Supervisor- Midway position at ERMC Aviation?
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for conducting quality control,
- Ensuring that all worked performed under his / her supervision is done in a timely and cost-effective manner and in accordance with applicable codes.
- Responsible for coaching / counseling employees on the company's polices and procedures.
- Establish, implement, and supervise periodic Cabin Agent schedules and procedures.
- Ensure that all aircrafts assigned as a team under his / her responsibility comply with all Federal, State and local laws.
- Manages inventories supplies and equipment.
- Investigates and implements new and improved cleaning instruments and methods.
- Develops, proposes and manages special projects
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
