Location: Bedford Park, IL
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 3 PM; Friday, 6 AM - 12 PM

Position Overview:
The Production Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations on the production floor. This position requires strong people management skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with employees to meet quality, delivery, and cost goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production activities, equipment, personnel, and materials.
- Supervise and mentor production personnel to foster a productive work environment.
- Forecast material needs to ensure continuous production flow.
- Lead efforts to monitor safety, quality, and efficiency across all operations.
- Open and close the facility as per the scheduled hours.
- Maintain a strong presence on the production floor to support and guide employees.
Qualification:
- 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a production environment.
- Solid understanding of safe work practices and familiarity with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize, manage, prioritize, and direct multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Google Suite and basic Excel functions.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
