Station Manager -Commissary

• ^{Builds partnerships with customers and sets the example for delivering exceptional customer service.} 

• ^{Reviews operational and financial reports to ensure the station is meeting goals and objectives and takes corrective action as required.} 

• ^{Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, rules, standards, customer requirements, and governmental/regulatory requirements.} 

• ^{Participates in employee relations investigations when complaints arise and resolve issues professionally and timely.} 

• ^{Recruits new employees to ensure appropriate staffing, promotes team-building initiatives, and performs coaching/mentoring activities to develop and motivate team members.} 

• ^{Sets, measures, and manages the performance of self and others. Leads team members in achieving/exceeding operational and financial objectives and goals.} 

• ^{Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.} 

^Requirements 

• ^{Four years of relevant experience.}   

• ^{Relevant supervisory experience.}   

• ^{Strong problem-solving skills.} 

• ^{Excellent customer service skills} 

• ^{Must be able to lift/carry / push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and more regularly and repetitively lift 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.}  

• ^{Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. We operate in a shift bid environment.} 

• ^{Comfortable working outdoors under various weather conditions} 

^{Pre-requisites:} 

• ^{Must be a local (in-state) resident.} 

• ^{Valid In-State Driver's License.} 

• ^{High School diploma or GED.} 

• ^{Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.}
