The Manager, Enterprise Engineering Technology is a pivotal role within our organization, overseeing the integration and optimization of technological advancements across Testing Electrical Engineers, IT/OT resources, and Advanced Mechanical Engineering (ME) Leads. This position is responsible for leading the technological strategy, ensuring the seamless operation of our tech infrastructure, and spearheading innovation in the design and manufacturing processes within the distribution transformer industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership experience, and a proven track record in managing complex tech projects and teams. This role is strategically positioned within our distribution transformer manufacturing company to define and implement enterprise-level strategies, ensuring alignment and standardization across all plant operations, thereby guiding our teams towards excellence in manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of technology strategies that align with the organization's goals within the distribution transformer sector.
- Oversee the Testing Electrical Engineers, ensuring high-quality testing procedures and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage IT/OT resources to ensure robust and secure information and operational technology systems.
- Guide Advanced ME Leads in integrating cutting-edge mechanical engineering technologies into product design and manufacturing processes.
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement in technology use and application across all technical departments.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of all tech systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and return on investment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Master’s degree or advanced qualifications in Technology Management, Business Administration, or a relevant engineering discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with 5 or more in a technology leadership role, preferably within the distribution transformer industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing technical teams and projects, with expertise in electrical engineering, IT/OT integration, and mechanical engineering innovations.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing technology strategies that drive efficiency and innovation.
