At Northern Idaho Advanced Care Hospital, we are passionate about patient care! We provide critical care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. At our 40-bed hospital, we are a free-standing, long-term acute care hospital serving patients in communities throughout the Inland Northwest.
Our hospital has earned The Joint Commission’s Respiratory Failure Certification. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning.

As CEO, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the hospital ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the hospital are effectively and efficiently coordinated, implemented, and conducted within our Guiding Principles.
The CEO creates a positive, team-oriented culture that embraces community engagement, strong patient satisfaction and employee engagement focusing on high performance and continuous improvement and commitment to high quality care of our patient.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in Hospital Administration in a critical care and rehabilitation setting required.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experienced in rehabilitation and critical care setting required

- Working knowledge of reimbursement regulations, nursing practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to hospital administration.
