At Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital , our hospital has been ranked in the Top 10% nationally for rehabilitative care for 15 years and has earned The Joint Commission’s Stroke Certification and Brain Injury Certification. At our 44-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services, as well as Home Health services to our patients, serving the communities of Northern Arizona. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.
We are seeking a Home Health Administrator to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Current CPR certification required.
- Fingerprint certification through state of Arizona required.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with training and experience in health service management and at least two (2) years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health program.
- OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations, including Medicare Conditions of Participation relative to home health.
- Working knowledge of home health reimbursement, coding, OASIS C/C1, process improvement, quality/clinical outcomes and infection control.
- Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
- Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
- Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
- Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the leadership and overall management of daily operations of the home health agency. Provides staff development, budgeting and direction of key services in accordance with policies and procedures and current federal and state regulations that govern home health agencies. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
