The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and five or more years of experience in a GM or Director Level position. They should demonstrate strong leadership abilities, be able to motivate and manage others, and have a proven track record of building strong relationships across organizational boundaries. The candidate should also be capable of organizing and managing multiple priorities, reading and analyzing complex documents, and making effective presentations to top management.
