Account Resource Center (ARC) Strategist, Assistant Director
Our Sales & Strategic Pursuits function brings together business, sector and account knowledge along with EY competencies and solutions to meet unique client needs. The Sales & Strategic Pursuits Organization shapes and drives an integrated growth strategy across EY’s largest accounts, industry sectors, solutions and services, demonstrating and achieving market leadership through a client centric culture.
The opportunity
The Account Resource Center (ARC) Strategist works within our Sales Activation team and is responsible for working across many accounts with various Global Client Service Partners (GCSP), Sales Leaders, and the Sales Executives (SE), where applicable, to drive account strategy and innovation, drive client relationship growth, accelerate sales and develop talent. The ARC Strategist innovates and improves upon standard Account Management Framework (AMF) processes and tools to enhance our firm's account activation efforts. They report to the Account Resource Center Leader under Sales Activation Leadership.
Your key responsibilities
- Executing AMF-based consultations, account acceleration sessions and account Sprints (1 : 1 account alignment on short-term basis) across many accounts.
- Bringing best practices and driving key activities of EY’s Account Management Framework.
- Working primarily with GCSPs and other account team leaders to co-develop account strategy.
- Developing and guiding the execution of account plans.
- Facilitating growth strategy sessions.
- Serving as a knowledge hub for accounts, connecting them to Account Management best practices.

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $123,600 to $259,600. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,500 to $270,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
