Requirements:
- Leadership experience in a managerial or supervisory role, specifically in HVAC or related industry
- Strong background in managing and coordinating operations such as warehouse and inventory management, fleet maintenance, and field support functions
- Experience with HR responsibilities, including hiring, documenting, training, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Familiarity with dispatching and scheduling processes to optimize service and install department efficiency
- Customer service experience and able to oversee customer service operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of fleet maintenance processes and experience in coordinating vehicle service and upkeep
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive improvements in operational efficiency and team performance
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective leadership and coordination across multiple departments
- Familiarity with industry-specific software for inventory, CRM, dispatch, and fleet management; general comfort with office tools, technology, and communication platforms
- Ideal candidate is organized and loves to solve problems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- Able to pass a background check and drug test upon hire
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
