This position requires knowledge of sales process, detail knowledge of inventory and customer satisfaction. This position also requires an energetic work ethic able to adapt with changing priorities. Daily job requirements remain consistent but can change as assigned by your Manager and are not limited to the below essential functions. We are looking for this role to provide logistical oversite for improved customer satisfaction. Review parts being issued to sales order for accuracy to include costs are correct. Screen incoming parts before they are received into the system for damage, paperwork accuracy etc. This role is essential to assist Sales Director and General Manager in daily functions.

You Will Be ESSENTIAL To Many FUNCTIONS Including
- Review Sales orders for Accuracy to include costs are allocated correctly before they are invoiced
- Review incoming parts for accuracy, condition, check stock levels for zero stock and communicate with materials to send out.
- Perform monthly and document fire extinguisher and Defib inspections
- Organize warehouse for efficiency and maximize storage space
- Prioritize in coming parts 1. CPO, 2. Cores, 3. Parts going back to shelfs and expedite CPO’s
- Ensure Shipping and Receiving duties are handled and we have late night and weekend coverage
- Ensure Materials Expeditors duties are handled
- Assist with Facility issues to property manager
- Assist GM with invoice variances
- Coordinate any maintenance required for forklifts
- Maintain Marketing Promo Items in office
- Support Materials with FEDEX and UPS Lost Items, Case #’s, as well help negotiate pricing
- Support Warehouse Operations AOG Orders for Counter, large package items, Supervise Forklift Operations to ensure sensitive Materials handled effectively
