Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and personable Check-In Specialist to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring our guests have a seamless and welcoming experience upon arrival. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for their stay by providing friendly, efficient, and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
- Verify guest reservations and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Provide property tours and explain house rules, amenities, and local recommendations.
- Address and resolve any immediate guest inquiries or concerns during check-in.
- Coordinate with the cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the property is guest-ready.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and report any issues to the management team.
- Follow up with guests post-check-in to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or vacation rental industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in using smartphones, apps, and basic computer systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
