ERP's Clinical Services Division encompasses comprehensive healthcare and administrative services at federal & civilian medical facilities nationwide. Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Represents the voice and face of ERP International to employees, partners and government officials
- Oversee all operational activities associated with fulfillment of staffing requirements, for their assigned contracts/task orders, which may include:
- Recruting and staffing activities
- Credentialing & privileging activities
- Security process and activities
- In-processing and onboarding actitivities
- Supervises Site Leads/Managers on various contracts
- Maintains communication with customers on performance objectives and concerns
- Orienting new staff to individual clients and program procedures
- Provides guidance and support to personnel on policies and work expectations
- Organizes and participates in employee team building activities and special events
- Oversee personnel matters, discipline, and termination of employees
- Manages, reviews, and approves personnel timesheets and leave
- Coordinates with invoicing and payroll staff to evaluate and manage contract utilization
- Reviews invoices and maintain quality assurance for assigned personnel
- Maximizes efficiency and improves profitability for assigned contracts
- Responsive to the leadership and directors of the corporation
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate quality objectives
- Exhibits behavior consistent with the vision and values communicated by the corporation
- Demonstrates support for corporate goals and objectives, contributing to the accomplishment of the overall
- Frequent local traveler required, if located within 60 miles of ERP contract location
- Occasional long-distance travel required 3-4 times per quarter
- Requires frequent after-hours response via email or phone for employees and/or customers
Qualifications
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or other Healthcare related field or equivalent experience.
Required Experience
- 5 years of relevant program management experience, of which a minimum of 2 years must be within the Government Healthcare contracting sector (DOD and VA)
- Experience independently managing healthcare service/medical staffing contracts in the Federal and Commercial sectors, including DoD and VA
- Experience independently managing healthcare providers, including nursing, ancillary, physicians, and medical administrative personnel
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal acquisition regulations, including Service Contract Act and Wage Determination
- Comprehensive knowledge of government billing policies and procedures
Required Leadership Competencies
- Problem Solving –ability to identify root causes and resolve them
- Integrity –maintains high standards in all activities
- Collaboration –able to work with and through others
Desired Experience
- Experience with the Unanet Time and Expense systems, in a Manager role
- Experience working for a DOD/VA healthcare contractor with at least 500 employees, in a supervisor or management role
- Experience managing Govt healthcare contracts and personnel in at least 10 different states simultaneously, including California and Nevada
