- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the IT staffing industry.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Experience: Min 8 years experience in business development, particularly within the IT consulting and staffing industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP solutions and the IT staffing market.
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly.
