Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales leads, developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize sales conversions.

Responsibilities
  • Cold call potential customers to provide information regarding products and services.
  • Qualify prospects for the sales team by assessing their needs and interests.
  • Utilize LinkedIn to find new leads that fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Reach out to them via email or social media to book meetings with potential prospects.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and document all activities within our CRM.
  • Occasionally handle inbound leads that come in through marketing channels.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years experience selling B2B SaaS software to mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • High-level proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
