What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician / Lube Technician position at ERS, LLC?
We are searching for a detail-oriented individual who will ensure equipment meets our quality standards of cleanliness, is punctual, and observes all safety measures.
As a Heavy Equipment Lube Technician, you will be responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of various types of earth moving and aerial equipment. At all times, you must display a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
A typical day might include the following :
- Lubricating moving parts of heavy equipment
- Injecting grease into units, such as springs, universal joints, and steering knuckles using hand or compressed-air powered grease gun
- Inspecting fluid levels
- Lubricating moving parts with specified lubricants
- Draining oil from crankcase and refills crankcase with required amount of oil
- Travel, evenings, and weekends are required for this position
