We have an exciting opportunity for you as a Regional Safety & Fleet Manager at Ervin Cable Construction! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance and overseeing fleet operations within an assigned region, helping to maintain regulatory adherence and operational efficiency. You will conduct safety inspections, monitor compliance with OSHA, DOT, and NESC regulations, and provide training and support to Regional Project Managers and Field Fleet Managers. Additionally, you will track vehicle maintenance, oversee equipment transfers, and implement policy updates to ensure seamless operations.This position requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as you will be expected to interpret regulations, generate reports, and analyze data using Microsoft Office to drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of OSHA, DOT, IRP, IFTA, UCR, and NESC compliance, along with the ability to lead cooperative efforts between internal teams and external stakeholders. Since this role involves regular travel to field offices, flexibility and a hands-on approach to training and support are essential.
