We are seeking a Sr Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee accounts payable functions with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role involves managing invoice processing, payments, and expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor relationships and collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- 3 years of related work experience.
- Proficient in office hardware and software (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.).
- Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills (oral and written).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Workplace Environment and Physical Demands
This role requires the ability to sit for long periods of time while using repetitive and/or fine hand movements to complete computer-related tasks and/or other office functions. Work is performed indoors in a typical office environment.
