What are the responsibilities and job description for the Door to Door Appointment Setter position at ES Solar?
We are looking to hire an Appointment Setter to join our growing team! This is a door-to-door position with opportunities for advancement. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work well without constant supervision, and willing to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Setting appointments with homeowners and businesses to take advantage of the tremendous cost savings provided by solar energy
- Engaging in conversations with customers
- Using a smartphone app with a data plan to input appointment information

Compensation: $15/hr base 3% commission (average of $1,800 per sale), performance based monthly incentives, end of month bonuses up to 4.2k, and year end bonuses including a free trip. Appointment Setters typically earn an average of $50/hr with no limit on earning potential.
