M-Th in-office; WFH Friday.

Top Requirements
(Must haves)
6 years of experience in product management or business analyst roles or related work experience in operations and process improvement.
1 years hands-on experience with Airtable platform. Passion for all things Airtable and No Code.
Experience building custom Airtable apps & create integrations using the API.
Experience building configurations in Airtable (setting up workflows, templates, etc.), and implementing workflows with stakeholders.
Strong understanding of workflow automation, data organization, and user adoption within Airtable.
Experience leading the adoption of Airtable tool in their company
Demonstrated ability to translate business vision into tactical execution and deliver results. Must have strong communication skills and professional business acumen – will be working with business stakeholders (understanding and documenting the business workflow), supporting process improvement and change management efforts around the use of Airtable
