Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Sr. Business Analyst to join our team for a 12-month hybrid contract in Boston, MA. In this role, you will be a crucial part of a System Integration (SI) team, collaborating with product vendors and program staff to facilitate the successful transition of existing interfaces and the implementation of new data-sharing strategies for our cloud Financials solution. You will play a key role in ensuring business alignment and providing transition assurance, with a focus on data integration activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the design and implementation of data integration tasks for the new cloud Financials solution.
- Develop comprehensive integration transition support materials, including requirements and task documentation.
- Collaborate with business teams and external customers to understand their integration needs and ensure successful transitions.
- Facilitate communication and provide support to business teams regarding their roles and responsibilities during the transition process.
- Analyze existing interfaces and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of data across platforms and applications.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Participate in testing and validation of integrated systems.
- Ensure that all integration activities align with project objectives and timelines.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years of business analysis experience in large-scale data integration across platforms, application development, application programming interfaces (APIs), or database management.
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on integration projects involving external customers.
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability 1 to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience with cloud-based Financials solutions is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience documenting business processes.
