Our client, a leading Management Consulting firm, is seeking multiple Business Systems Integration Analysts to support a critical payments transformation initiative for a top-tier US Bank. The team is building a platform to process and integrate incoming payments using ISO20022 standards, with key responsibilities around message mapping, middleware integration, and implementation support.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Payments Domain Experience:
- Strong understanding of Large Value, Cross-Border, and End-to-End payment processing lifecycles, including both Inbound and Outbound payments
- Experience with trade settlements and payments processing in banking environments
- Message Formats & Data Mapping:
- Proficient in ISO20022 formats, specifically PAC and PAIN message types
- Understanding of SWIFT MT messages and tags
- Ability to work with multiple data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, fixed-length, comma-delimited, etc.
- Ability to create mapping documents between different data structures
- Middleware & Integration:
- Hands-on experience with middleware tools such as Kafka, IBM MQ, FTP, and REST APIs
- Involvement on the implementation side of payments and systems integration projects
- SQL & Technical Skills:
- Ability to write and run basic SQL queries for data validation and extractio
- Documentation Skills:
- Experienced in creating detailed documentation including:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
- Data Mapping Specifications
- Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable presenting ideas and engaging with both business and technical stakeholders
- Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of RTGS payment systems and CBPR payment processing guidelines
- Exposure to TEMENOS TRANSACT and ACI Universal Payments platform
