Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (IT PM) to lead a critical initiative transitioning from a mainframe to a cloud-based system. The successful candidate will manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies while leveraging a mix of waterfall and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for the cloud migration initiative, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Utilize both waterfall and agile methodologies to manage complex project requirements.
• Facilitate Quarterly PI (Program Increment) planning involving approximately 100 stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies associated with large-scale IT projects.
• Ensure seamless communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, progress tracking, and status reporting to executive leadership.
• Align project execution with the company's strategic roadmap (through 2027).

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, managing large-scale IT projects.
• Hands-on experience in both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and SAFe.
• Certifications preferred: PMP, CSM, and SAFe.
• Experience managing highly complex IT environments with multiple dependencies.
• Excellent skills in risk management, stakeholder communication, and resource planning.
• Cloud migration experience is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid model: 3 days onsite in Deerfield Beach, FL.
• Must be open to working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
