Job Description:

The Role: As the Technical Project Manager for JS Functions, you will be a key driver in shaping and delivering a critical front-end framework for our enterprise. You will blend your passion for technology and front-end development with strong project management skills to ensure the framework meets the evolving needs of our users. You will lead the JS Functions team, developing a deep understanding of user workflows and communication needs to identify and execute opportunities that enhance the framework's quality and adoption.

Beyond project management, you will act as a community advocate, collaborating with teams adopting the framework to understand their challenges and provide solutions. This includes troubleshooting issues and delivering presentations on releases and product updates.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Execution: Execute the vision for JS Functions and articulate its value proposition.
• Drive adoption across new user groups by demonstrating the product's benefits.
• Define and track key metrics aligned with OKRs, reporting on progress.
• Project Management & Delivery: Ensure SDLC compliance for delivery teams.
• Manage budgets for each delivery team.
• Write and review features and user stories for engineering teams.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and drive release prioritization.
• Identify and remove team blockers.
• Document and communicate releases across the enterprise.
• Maintain an accurate roadmap based on prioritization.
• Data & Reporting: Identify and collect key metrics to drive product prioritization.
• Generate reports from JIRA on progress, delivery, and task breakdown.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize business value and operational progress.
• Support reporting on ROI to leadership.
• Technical & Community Engagement: Research and share emerging web technology trends.
• Develop a deep understanding of enterprise product development and front-end framework usage.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, Designers, SMEs, and Analytics teams.
• Display thought leadership, drive process optimization, and inform best practices.
• Act as a community advocate, assisting teams in framework adoption.
• Communication & Collaboration: Work closely and coordinate with various Product Owners, Engineers, Designers, Subject Matter Experts, and Analytics team.
• Display thought leadership, drive process optimization, and inform best practice perspectives on systems design.
• Excellent communication skills; verbal, written.
• Excellent relationship building, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior experience in project management and Scrum Master roles within the technology industry.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum); certification is a plus.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Tech, Design, Analytics, Product, Marketing, etc.).
• Experience with complex technology and product development, with a basic understanding of web technology and front-end development frameworks (e.g., React, Node, etc.).
• In-depth experience with JIRA for workflow management.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports.

• Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, multitask, and perform under pressure.
• Proficiency with Slack, JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
