Receiving Associate

Position Title: Receiving Associate

Location: E-Commerce

Reporting to: Receiving Manager

Hours: Full-Time Status

Compensation: Hourly

The Receiving Associate will be responsible for unloading trucks, checking shipments in, receiving, and put-away of product. In addition, this position requires paying attention to detail and finding damage on product when checking in.

Weekly hours: 40 -50 depending on business needs

Must be available: 6:30am – 5:00pm Monday -Saturday and Sunday as needed.

Expectations and Responsibilities:

· Must be organized, detail oriented and hard working.

· Basic computer skills to receive, view and locate inventory.

· Must have knowledge of Sellercloud and Skustack.

· Ability to determine the most efficient process/technique to ensure all shipments will be received and located accurately.

· Must have the ability to work at a fast pace, consistently producing high quality work and results.

· Must be communicative and considerate in dealing with all delivery drivers.

· Must be adaptable to changing priorities and varied responsibilities.

· Must be able to consistently lift 20-30 Ibs , with occasional lifting of up to 50-70 Ibs.

· Responsible for the safe use of all equipment such as forklift and pallet jack.

· It is mandatory that all employees obey safety rules and to exercise caution in all their activities.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

· Willingness to learn and adapt to growing and changing business needs.

· Working knowledge and experience in warehouse operation.

· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other co-workers and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
