Poland Afterschool Program Director
Responsibilities: Monitor attendance/payroll/all associated paperwork, oversee all aspects of the program.
Teach and oversee students as necessary.
Report to: Assistant Superintendent
Hourly Rate: $22.00
Hours: 2:15-5:30
Monday -Friday
Days of operation- Follows the Poland Local Schools 2025-2026 Calendar
Location- Dobbins Early Learning Center

- CPR
- Signed Employee Emergency Medical Statement
- Signed Non-Guilty Conviction Statement
- The following trainings are required prior to the start of the program
- Child Abuse Recognition/Prevention Online Training (AIR Training Solutions)
- Prevention, Recognition & Management of Communicable Disease Online Training (AIR Training Solutions)
- First Aid Online Training (AIR Training Solutions)
- Orientation Online Training/Program Policies through OCCRRA
- Any other training as required
