What are the responsibilities and job description for the Para-Professional (Classroom Aide) Full Time position at ESC?
The Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio (ESCNEO) is seeking interested and qualified candidates for a full time Educational Para-Professional position assigned to Crossroads Treatment Center, a separate special education and mental health facility in Mentor Ohio.
The full time classified educational aide/para-professional assignment is to provide support and supervision for several self-contained specialized elementary, middle and high school aged classroom serving students identified with Emotional Disturbances which may include with moderate to severe communication, social, medical, emotional needs, challenges and delays.
Experience serving school aged students with emotional and behaviorally issues strongly considered or extensive knowledge and skill set needed in a self contained, alternate assessment academic standards classroom setting in a separate self-contained classroom setting in a separate building.
Working collaboratively with multiple staff members and families needed.
