- Coordinating, organizing, and monitoring clerical functions of the administrator's office.
- Effectively and efficiently performing highly responsible, clerical, secretarial, and administrative aid functions and activities.
- Compiling data and information and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Communicating effectively in oral and written form.
- Establishing and maintaining a complex data management, storage, and retrieval system, using micro-computer.
- Typing or keyboarding at a net corrected speed of 60 words per minute.
- Using dictation transcription equipment to accurately and efficiently produce printed informational material and data.
- Understanding and carrying out oral and written directions.
- Establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships and maintaining a calm and tactful manner.
