Job Overview

The Escambia County Regional Child Advocacy Center, Inc. currently has a full-time Executive Director Position opening. The Executive Director is the chief executive officer of the Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) and is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and success of the organization. This individual ensures that the CAC operates in alignment with its mission to provide comprehensive services to children who are victims of abuse. The Executive Director will oversee daily operations, strategic planning, financial management, and community relations while fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission and values.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient management of resources to meet organizational goals.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and enhance organizational performance.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, staff, community partners, and funders.
• Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities for partnerships and funding.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in process management.
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, public administration, nonprofit management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a nonprofit or related setting, preferably with experience in child advocacy, social services, or victim services and proven track record in program management, fundraising, and community collaboration. Experience working at a child advocacy center, public speaking and grant writing are preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
