What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate position at Escapades Family Fun Center?
Who We Are:
Escapades Family Fun Center is a locally owned entertainment center and event venue featuring a large multi-level indoor playground, arcade, and restaurant.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for strong communicators, fun personalities, and creatives. If you have an interest in event planning, hospitality, sales, or working with families, we are looking for you!
We are looking to fill multiple positions, and are looking for full time and part time employees.
Responsibilities:
Our associate position ensures guests' initial impressions of Escapades are positive and welcoming. Our associates guide our guests through their retail, recreation, game rental, and dining experiences.
Compensation Package:
Jobs include a base pay (plus tips) with the potential to also earn additional bonuses (performance based bonuses, seasonal bonuses, etc.) and raises. Tips are frequently earned in a variety of ways including birthday parties, food & beverage transactions, private events, etc.
Additional perks include: a four-day work week, as well as employee discounts on food & beverage, recreation, gaming, and more!
Availability:
We are currently looking for candidates with the following availability:
Friday 1:30-8:30pm
Saturday 11:30-8:30pm
Sunday 11:30-6:30pm
Monday 1:30-8:30pm
This doesn't mean that this necessarily will be your schedule. There is potential for flexibility within this schedule.
