Responsibilities:
- Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions.
- Handles any walk-in customers.

Requirements for Success:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within 2 years.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
