Job Summary

Escapology Stonestown is currently looking for individuals who excel in their role, are outgoing and are committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience. We are a rapidly growing Escape Room company that is seeking skilled individuals who are interested in working at a brand new venue in the Stonestown Galleria, which is currently targeted to open in the beginning of January, with training happening towards the end of December. Essential Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the game room and related attractions
• Ensure that all activities are safe and fun for all ages
• Ensure that customer service is provided to guests in a professional manner
• Monitor the safety of all guests in the game room
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the game room
• Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for long periods of time while performing job-related duties.
• Comfortable staring at screens for extended periods of time to complete administrative and Game Hosting tasks.
• Willingness and ability to enter rooms where lights may flash intermittently as part of the Escape Games.
• Capability to bend down repeatedly to perform tasks such as game resets, inventory and merchandise management.
• Proficiency in handling repetitive movements required for resetting.
• Physical strength to lift objects weighing between 35-50 lbs on occasion, as needed.
• Ability to work in an environment with loud noises and use earpieces for radios without discomfort.
• Ability to commit and fulfill an 8-hour shift.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.07 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
